Department of Civil Engineering, SET, Sharda University is Organizing Online e-Faculty Development Program (FDP) cum Workshop on ‘’Engineering Contracts and Dispute Resolution’’ from 14th-18th July,2020.

Aim: To develop skills required in preparation of engineering contracts and dispute resolution.
Objectives of the event:

1.     Appraise the users with the provisions of contracts of government and public sector.

2.     Develop the finer nuances of various types of contracts.

3.     Elaborate the legal provisions covering contracts and dispute resolution.

4.     Discuss methods and procedures of dispute resolution.

5.     Demonstrate estimation and billing procedures.
